AUCTION OF PUBLICITY BOARD OF SIZE 90’x30’ AT FIRST FOUNTAIN, JAIL ROAD, LAHORE

1. It is informed that Parks & Horticulture Authority, Lahore is holding an Open Auction on 28.06.2008 at 10:00a.m. at Jillani Park (former Race Course Park), Lahore for installation of publicity board of size 90’x30’ horizontal at 1st fountain, Jail Road, Lahore for a period of two years.
• Pole Signs of Gurumangat Road, Allama Iqbal Town Main Boulevard (Dubai Chowk to Scheme Mor) and Outfall Road, Lahore.
2. National / Multi National Companies and registered Advertisers with Parks & Horticulture Authority, Lahore will be allowed to participate in the auction.
3. The willing parties are required to deposit a call deposits of Rs.500,000/- for Hoarding and Rs.50,000/- for Pole Signs as earnest money before
the proceedings of auction.
4. Terms & Conditions of auction can be taken from Directorate of Marketing, Parks & Horticulture Authority, Jillani Park, Lahore during office hours.
5. If the auction is not carried out in a stipulated manner, the same shall be held again on 03.07.2008 at 10:00a.m. with the same terms & conditions.
6. Director General, PHA has the right to reject or accept any bid without assigning any reason.
